Racists complain about Racism
You know you're reading complete and total crap when
an article starts out with
Truth is, it can be hazardous to be poor and a person of color in North Carolina.
It's hard to read past that point, even if it is the very first sentence of a racist diatribe that only sees people for the color of their skin. But like a train wreck, I just had to read more.
The author complains and whines that "people of color" are more likely to be victims due to absolutely no fault of their own. He goes on and on making the claim that every last "person of color" in North Carolina is a perfect angel and model citizen, yet they are discriminated against by the environment, government, and microscopic bacteria and viruses.
And of course, this socialist and utter racist has a solution to the racism he strongly supports sees everywhere. And if you know socialists, you know the answer: more government spending, more punishment of workers, more crushing of freedom. So what, specifically, does this racist want for his "people of color" who are prejudiced against by every single "other" person in the state?
He wants free housing, free money to buy housing, free money for community housing, free health insurance, free AIDS drugs, free money for drugs ONLY for black people, more free education (guess $9 billion a year isn't enough), free higher education for criminals, no enforcement of immigration laws, free money for black women, and extra votes for black people.
But gee, he's a "reverend," so I guess he's right, huh? Then again, he could just be another racist socialist bastard that wants to crush whitey.

Oh geeze. What a load of crap.
"over 65 percent of the state's prison population are people of color. As parents and taxpayers, we should be deeply disturbed by our state's allocating $28,000 per prisoner to incarcerate a nonviolent offender, but only $7,000 per pupil to educate our children."
How can you compare incarcerating someone 24/7 with educating someone for maybe 8 hours a day? That is a poor comparison and quite a stretch.
"Women -- particularly women of color -- continue to be forcibly raped a high rate. Our agenda supports increases in state funding for domestic violence programs and for sexual assault services."
Why don't they mention what color of people are commiting these rapes? I am curious.
Throw money at the problem and welcome to Mayberry right? Some people will never get it.

Worse, I think these people DO get it -- and they don't care. People like this are intentionally using lies to garner sympathy and cash. They do it for the power, control, and cash, simple as that. They are the new slave masters, working to keep a divide between people based on their skin color.

Hadji girl Lyrics
There's more than a few people in an absolute uproar over America and its allies winning the war on terror. Michelle Malkin
points out how terrorist organizations like CAIR are using this song to attack America, and how the Pentagon and others are supporting CAIR and the terrorists INSTEAD OF Americans.
Hot Air has the video. Go watch it, it's a hoot. The big complaint about America-haters everywhere is that the song supposedly glorifies killing innocent civilians and children. As usual, the left (CAIR and it's supporters) are outright lying. The song, instead, glorifies America WINNING against people who have ATTACKED them!
In the verses CAIR complains about, the Marine who does the killing talks about the "innocents" who shoot THEIR OWN children and the Marine shooting back AFTER HE IS SHOT AT. Here's the actual lyrics, as best as I could get them from listening to the video itself:
I was out in the sands of Iraq
And we were under attack
And I, well, I didn't know where to go
And the first thing that I could see was
Everybody's favorite Burger King
So I threw open the door and I hit the floor
Then suddenly, to my surprise
I looked up and I saw her eyes
And I knew it was love at first sight.
And she said, "Turban, burka, Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
Hadji girl I can't understand what you're saying.
And she said, "Turban, burka, Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
Hadji girl I love you anyway.
Then she said that she wanted me to see
She wanted me to go meet her family
But I, well I couldn't figure out how to say No.
'Cause I don't speak Arabic, so...
She took me down an old dirt trail
And she pulled up to a side shanty
And she threw open the door and I hit the floor
Just her brother and her father shot her.
"Turban, burka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
They pulled out their AKs so I could see.
And they said, "Turban, burka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
So I grabbed her little sister and pulled her in front of me.
Then the bullets began to fly
Blood sprayed from between her eyes
and then I laughed maniacally
Then I hid behind the TV and I
Unloaded my M-16
And I blew those little f**kers to eternity
And I said, "Turban, burka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
They should have known they were f**king with the Marines
Go listen, it's a neat tune, too.
And unfortunately, the Marine has been forced to apologize and the Marine Corps is "investigating." I'm sorry, assholes, I didn't know being offensive was a crime in the Corps. I guess it's not "offensive" to shoot and kill the sorry motherf**kers, but it's offensive to make fun of them? Screw you, CAIR, and screw every one of you bastards in the Marine Corp that's even considering talking about this as a "crime" needing "action."

Damn, it just keeps getting worse (from the Pentagon and news sources).
What's next? This?
Commander: Marine, you are being discharged for conduct unbecoming a Marine.
Marine: What did I do?
Commander: The insurgent that was shooting at you? The one that shot you in the leg? You didn't give him a chance to finish his religious morning prayers before you shot him. That's a violation of his rights, so you're outta here.
Sorry bastards.
CAIR, the Pentagon, and all the media playing into this one honestly WANT the U.S. to lose. They seriously desire that the insurgents win. They should all be shot.

Sounds like that unintelligable bit says "everybody's favorite Burger King..."
I really don't understand why this video has stirred any sort of "uproar." I'm admittedly not a supporter of Bush or of this war, but I do support the Troops and all they go through for America. And these lyrics, when read in their entirety, in context, certainly aren't offensive, nor do they glorify killing "innocents" in any way.
But then, people love to pull something out, twist a little, bend it to the left/right, and make a stink...
It's bullshit that the guy had to apologize, utter bullshit.

Burger King? Huh. I suppose... ?
And yes, there is nothing wrong with this one. It absolutely infuriates me because those who come down on this Marine are actively working against the US in this war -- and some are in the Pentagon.

I didn't think the lyrics were bad. This is the version I read at LGF...what's so bad about it?
If anything it's honest. Just because CAIR doesn't like it doesn't mean this Marine has to pay a price. Darn. Why the Marines???? Why are they picking on them so much?

your lyrics aren't exactly right
I was out in the sands of Iraq
And we were under attack And I,
Well, I didn't know where to go
And the first thing that I could see was
Everybody's favorite Burger King
So I threw open the door and I hit the floor
Then suddenly, to my surprise
I looked up and I saw her eyes
And I knew it was love at first sight.
And she said, "Durka, durka, Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
Hadji girl I can't understand what you're saying.
And she said, "Durka, durka, Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
Hadji girl I love you anyway.
Then she said that she wanted me to see
She wanted me to go meet her family
But I, well I couldn't figure out how to say No.
'Cause I don't speak Arabic, so...
She took me down an old dirt trail
And she pulled up to a side shanty
And she threw open the door and I hit the floor
'Cause her brother and her father shot her.
"Durka, durka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
They pulled out their AKs so I could see.
And they said, "Durka, durka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
So I grabbed her little sister and put her in front of me.
As the bullets began to fly
The blood sprayed from between her eyes
and then I laughed maniacally
Then I hid behind the TV and I
Locked and loaded my M-16
I blew those little f***ers to eternity
And I said, "Durka, durka Mohammed Jihad"
"Shirpa, shirpa Bacalav"
They should have known they were f***ing with a Marine
Those are the correct lyrics.

Great Tune exemplifying outstanding American spirit. While standing in harms way, this young Marine afforded his cadre a much appreciated piece of humor. Though I have not earned the right to say it: HooYah!
As for all the weak kneed, hollow chested, left leaning, neigh sayers out there: If you strongly believe in your position, I strongly urge you going to the Middle East. Enter Iraq and join with those you 'say' you support. Then you will truly understand the nature of these people. If they allow you to live long enough for the thought to make it through your flawed consciousness. As a group you are, in my most humble opinion, gutless finger pointers with a callous disregard for reality.

The line does go "durka durka," like they did in Team America: World Police. However, nobody has posted the correct line after the second time he says "and I hit the floor." After having listened to the song a number of times, it is evident that the line is "her brother and her father shouted," not "shot her"

Rout the RINOs
This week
Wictory Wednesday Rout the RINOs is supporting the reelection of
Jean Schmidt to the House of Representatives.
Congresswoman Schmidt is a supporter of private property rights against the rising level of abuse of eminent domain by cities and states. Emiment domain is the widely criticized practice by which local governments kick you out of your home, pay you a (now very deflated) price for your house, and then hand it over to big business. Some of the rampant abuse of eminent domain has had governments pay only $1 for property worth over a million, and the City of New London charging "back rent" for citizens who exercise their legal rights and challenged the city's eminent domain action in court. Congresswoman Schmidt is commited to ending the abuse of local governments by curtailing eminent domain.

Ogre Goes Fishing
Not really, this time.
I do fish now and again, just for the fun of it. And yes, I've eaten a good number of the fish I catch, too. But I think it's time for me to go into the fishing business in North Carolina. Why? Because it appears the government thinks that there is no need for ANY capital investment in the industry and that the state should pay the capital costs because otherwise people might not catch fish.
If that sounds insane to you, you're not alone. However, it is the standard, typical, and usual trend towards socialism in North Carolina and elsewhere in what used to be America. The government (using taxpayer money) has just discovered that 75% of the waterfront access points that support commercial fishing are privately owned -- and they're terrified about that.
The government wants to do as only socialist government can -- they want to own the commercial fishing access points to ensure they still exist because if the government didn't own them, no one would be able to fish. Hey, it's government logic, not mine.
So, the only next logical point, if the government is going to own the entry points, is for government to own the ships, too. Because using their own logic, if they don't, then people won't fish. So I'm going to start my new fishing business with the government paying for everything. And I plan on still having lots of time to blog because I'm sure the next program will be to pay me NOT to fish because too many people will be making use of the government entry points and boats.

Republican Reducing Government?
Yes, there still are a few elected Republicans left that actually want smaller government and lower taxes. One is a member of the North Carolina State Senate (which has literally NEVER had a Republican majority, ever), Senator
Phil Berger.
He has filed Senate Bill 1980. This bill would have the state give back a small portion of the nearly $2 BILLION surplus that the state collected this year by giving each taxpayer $100 plus $25 for each dependent. Imagine that -- the state giving an overcollection back to the people who paid it.
But this was introduced by a Republican, so the iron fists of the North Carolina Democrat government will ensure it gets assigned to a committee, and the rulers of the state will never permit the bill to see the light of day -- just like any other bill that would take money from the state and give it to people who work for it. You see, the Democrats have already spent the overpayment.

Congress NOT Above the Law?
Wow. Imagine that. Of course, if you're in the leadership positions of either party, or Congressman Jefferson (or Kennedy), you can't. You might remember the absolute yelling and screaming that happened when the FBI DARED to search a congressman's office (with advice and consent from the Judicial branch) when looking for evidence of a FELONY.
Well, Representative Sue Myrick (NC) has signed on to a resolution that actually states that Congress is not above the law. I'm amazed that such a resolution needs to be put in place, but it clearly does. Nicely done, Ms. Myrick and Rep. Ginny Brown from Florida.

NC House Bill 2213
Have you heard about
House Bill 2213? It's a bill in the North Carolina House that has 88 co-sponsors. The entire House only has 120 members -- so that's 73% of the House that SPONSORED the bill. You might think that a bill with 73% support before debate might move along quickly -- but then you'd be thinking of somewhere other than the NC House.
You see, the North Carolina House is ruled with an iron fist by Jim Black. He decides, literally, everything that will see the light of day in the House chamber. His name is not on the list of 88 co-sponsors, so he's ensuring the bill sits in the Judiciary committee and will not be heard on the floor of the House (of course, that might be part of the reason is has 88 co-sponsors).
So, what is this bill that's supported by over 73% of the House (and over 85% of the people of North Carolina) that Jim Black is working so hard to oppose?
An Act To Amend the constitution of north carolina to prohibit condemnation of private property to be owned by other private owners for economic development, and to provide for the prompt payment of just compensation with right of trial by jury in all condemnation cases.
Yup. A Constitutional Amendment to stop
Jim Black the NC Government from taking private land to give to other private companies or citizens. That would reduce Jim Black's power, and he will not stand for it.

Tighter State Controls
The Democrat-Led North Carolina government continues to wield it's absolute power and control over the
subjects of the state -- this time it's in regard to hospitals -- and this one shows how horrible gigantic government can be.
News reports show that The NC Association of Nurse Anesthetists spent time taking a survey to find out if there was a "shortage" of Nurse Anesthetists in North Carolina. And no, it wasn't for economic purposes, it was to demand things from the General Assembly.
After their own survey claimed that there was no "shortage," this group then lobbied the General Assembly to demand that the state NOT permit anyone to HELP Nurse Anesthetists. Seriously! Instead of just not getting people to help them, this group is demanding that the state put people in jail who attempt to work as Nurse Anesthetists Assistants in North Carolina.
The last line of this article is the telling line:
Only a few states now allow anesthesiology assistants to practice.
ALLOW. Sure, go ahead, try and convince me this is a free country.

Katrina: More Greedy Bastards
As long as there's people that think they're deserved everything, there will be greedy bastards who want to take more money from someone, anyone, who earned it for themselves. And no, they don't want to lift a finger for it, and yes, they're more than willing to use sympathy as an excuse to take more and more.
Fox News is reporting on some alleged "insurance delays" in handouts payouts for damage from hurricane Katrina. A few of the examples show that apparently the news reporter and the greedy scum-suckers "victims" are both victims of the type of economics taught in government schools: I'm owed everything.
Eric Moskau whines because he didn't get over a million dollars in insurance settlements. Of course, he leaves out the idea that Allstate DOESN'T INSURE AGAINST FLOOD DAMAGES.
This greedy bastard also wants more just because he has insurance. You see, he took out a loan for about $600,000 to buy his house. When the insurance paid, he thought HE should get the money and not the bank. In other words, he spent $0 on the house (minus downpayment, if any) and wanted the entire insurance check to go in his pocket.
Another greedy bastard, Pascal Warner, did even better but still wants more! His insurance payouts paid off all his mortgage debts AND left him with $21,000! I'd be ecstatic that I came out ahead! But no, he whines and complains he only has enough for supplies and not labor.
What these greedy bastards want is for the insurance company to completely pay off their debts AND rebuild their houses! They're not just asking for the value of the house, they want TWICE the value of the house -- one time to pay the debt and one time to build them a brand new house -- which they'd own debt-free.
Sorry, greedy bastards, that's not how capitalism works. But keep whining and complaining to the press -- if the right politician hears you, they'll take a pile of my money to give to you to buy your vote. Gee, I almost wish a hurricane would hit my house so I can win the lottery, too.

If my home was destroyed by a tornado... (We don't have hurricanes here in northern Illinois) All I'd want my insurance to do is up hold the policy. Rebuild the house or pay the value of it... which ever is cheaper. If that means they pay most of it to the bank and what's left to me... Fine. I just don't want to come out of it in serious debt.

Of course, if they all got what they want, insurance premiums, assuming the insurers weren't bankrupt and out of business by then, would necessarily have to be increased in order to perpetuate the insurance firms' existences, and then these greedy mental children would complain about that as well.
A most unfortunate (I'm restraining myself here) bi-product of the liberal movement is that it has severely depleted our nation's "self-sufficiency" index, creating an entire sub-society of wretched creatures who feel that they are ENTITLED to having the government and corporate America share the inalienable responsibility of being their "sugar daddies".

Yes, "self-sufficiency" has become an anachronism to way too many (any more than 1 is too many).
And don't forget -- those premiums will go up for you and me, not just for the greedy bastards who want to take advantage of anyone!

My husband is Eric Moskau, the so called greedy bastard that you are commenting about...you seem to speak out of your fat ass instead of knowing any facts...we did not want to get a house for free, we want the compensation that is due, the second floor was not destroyed by the flood, the roof was destroyed by the winds and the hellicoptors flying over it thousands of times, the second floor, if you would like to go see our home, was destroyed by wind, go see for your self...it's funny how things go around...I'm sure one day you will get royally screwed over and complain about it, and the rest of us, including the angels in heaven, can have a good laugh over your misfortune...

If the claim is as outlined, what you want is the house for free. Here's how it works, with obviously hypothetical numbers, rounded off for illustrations.
You paid $10,000 for a house that cost $600,000. You then bought $1.2 million in insurance to cover against theft, fire, and other such acts.
Then a storm came and did some damage. The agreement between you and the insurance company said something like "no damages will be paid for flood or water damage." But for some reason, you think you should get $1.2 million in cash for a $600,000 house that you paid $10,000 for.
I'm sorry, but you're going to have a hard time convincing me that you're not being greedy.

Kender on KOS
Kender makes a foray into the sewers and visits the Yearly KOS gathering. I'm not sure how he will ever get himself clean. You can
read about his experiences visiting this much-heralded gathering of the ultra-liberals and the self-proclaimed mainstream of today's Democrat Party in America.
