Is it me, or is it rather odd that these two stories appear one after another on the ESPN NFL website?

1. Bengals fans can call a number to report "bad behavior."
2. Five Bengals have been arrested in the past 3 months.
I'm wondering if fans are going to be calling on one another or to report Bengals players...

May just be me, but I thought that with a headline like "Cincy fans can call 'Jerk' line to report bad behavior," it was somewhere along the lines of a 900 "service."
