Stop the Drug War has noticed Bush's latest massive wasting of tax dollars on the war that simply will not be won. The drug war continues with $600 million more TAXPAYER dollars being handed over to Columbia. Everyone, just work a little harder so he can spend the money because he's got to get it from somewhere.
