North Carolina Senator Clark Jenkins is working hard to promote racism in North Carolina. Jenkins, of course, is a Democrat, and he wants to pay out state money for state contracts based on skin color, income levels, and sex, rather than actual ability to do work.

That's typical of Democrats and the left -- they're more interested in feelings than in responsibility -- and he wants to use the force of North Carolina State Law to ensure that the state can "legally" discriminate based on skin color.

Now imagine if a Republican had proposed that state contracts be awarded based on skin color. At the least, it would make national news, and the entire state of North Carolina would be painted as a hotbed of KKK activity. You see, it's perfectly okay to discriminate against someone with light skin, but it's not okay to discriminate against people with dark skin.

This is what you get when you have Democrats running the state. Perhaps that's why so many black people vote Democrat -- because they get paid cash from Democrats. Of course, what those people don't seem to realize is that the Democrats can only get that money by taking it from subjects citizens of the state.

Worse yet, Mr. Jenkins blatantly lies about his intentions. He claims that he wants to encourage competition -- but when you automatically judge based on skin color, what sort of competition are you trying to foster, Senator Jenkins?
