Criminal Aliens and Free Cash

Ugh.

The left continues their complaints about criminals not getting enough free cash. The title of the article? "Day Laborers Have it Tough." Yeah, so what?

Of course, in the left's Utopian view of the world, no one should have to actually DO much of anything -- and certainly no one should be forced to do ANYTHING they don't want to. So, this topic goes on and on with complaints about the idea that criminals only get $10 an hour, etc., etc.

Here's the complaints currently listed, reserved for criminal aliens (that used to be illegal immigrants, but the PC police didn't like 'illegal immigrants,' so I'll use criminal aliens from now on -- thanks to Kender):

"We were disturbed by the incredibly high incidence of wage violations"

Ok, so in the liberal's world, it's perfectly okay to break immigration law, but you're a scum if you don't pay huge amounts of money for work that doesn't deserve a lot of pay.

"We also found a very high level of injuries."

So the liberals complain about the injuries of people who break the law and then have to work out of public view because they're breaking the law, but then managed to get injured. Of course, there's no complains about any American who gets injured while legally employed as a policeman, construction worker, or firefighter.

"They're in a situation where they're extremely vulnerable, and employers know that and take advantage of them."

Once again, the complaint that these people, who are breaking immigration law, are not treated as saints. Yes, when you commit a crime and are in the process of hiding from the authorities, you are vulnerable. Try not breaking immigration law and maybe you won't be vulnerable, morons.

"Nine percent of day laborers reported having been arrested while waiting for work, while 11 percent reported receiving police citations and 37 percent reported being chased away. Nineteen percent said merchants had insulted them, and 15 percent said merchants had not let them use their restrooms or make purchases."

Gee, you think maybe people don't like criminals? You think maybe business owners don't like people loitering on their property when they're not paying customers?

The left, in it's utterly insane quest for utopia, seems to have missed the entire workings of the real world around them. How is it that one can become so blinded by an idea that hard evidence of rejection of that idea cannot penetrate the delusional fog of a person?

Folks, criminal aliens, or illegal immigrants, are breaking the damn law. They do not deserve preferential treatment, special options, more pay, better working conditions, more benefits, more workers' compensation money, or anything like that. All they deserve is to be deported until they decide to follow the law.

1 I have pretty strong oppinions on immigration laws. First off, if they are not a citizen of the US, then the rights granted by the constitution to US citizens does NOT apply to them. Neither do any other benefits of our government. I'd also like to see these employeers that hire/pay for illegal aliens be fined/legally punished. Maybe if it was harder for the illegal aliens to find work, they would stop coming.

2 There are some who are working to crack down on the employers. For example, here in NC, it's a $10,000 fine for hiring "known" illegals. But the Democrat-run government has yet to actually ever enforce that law.
