For The Children (TM): MORE

I seriously, honestly, want to know if ANY government-run school has EVER NOT asked for more money because it was the end of the world and all children would fail or die if they weren't given more money. Johnson schools has asked for a 15% increase for the year. And of course, it's a major crisis if they don't get it:

Some of this is not even break-even, weÂ’re just trying to keep our heads above water

It's a bare-bones budget

Government-run schools are a total and utter failure. They are incapable of functioning and cannot educate students. We should entrust the education of our children to a system that works -- the free market.
