Jim Black at Criminal Trial

Jim Black, Democrat Speaker of the House, has now been called to testify in the criminal trial against his close personal friend, Kevin Geddings, who was appointed by Jim Black to the corrupt lottery commission of North Carolina.

What may be most interesting to watch in the case is Black's testimony. Gedding claims that he told Black about his conflict of interest. Black claims he did not. But anything Black says in the testimony will likely be used against Black in his own criminal investigations. Will Jim Black end up taking the fifth amendment in his testimony?
