Now, Always on Watch has outlined one way they're doing that in England. They are instituing Sharia law. They ARE forcing their religion on everyone else. But they're not stopping there. FrontPage Magazine and The Washington Post highlight an area of Maryland where Muslims are gathering. These are relatively peaceful muslims, in that they're not openly beheading their opponents (yet). Instead, they're trying to work within the American system to take it over. And yes, they're working with Democrats.
The problem is that their system of law is simply not permitted in this country under the Constitution that formed this country-- or is it? Now, they, with the aid of terrorists in CAIR, are trying to claim anything that prevents them from instituting their law in America is a supression of their religion, which they claim under the First Amendment. So we have a rather unique situation.
The First Amendment to the US Constitution:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Therefore, based on that text, muslims claim they are free to exercise their religion. And their religion requires them to "behead those that insult Islam." In addition, there are dozens and dozens of laws that need to be enforced by government, in order for them to exercise their religion.
However, this conflicts with Article IV, Section 4:
The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Well, they simply overcome that idea by having "elections." You know Saddam was "elected," don't you? That's where Democrats and Republicans are moving with Gerrymandering, and the muslims are moving right along with them. Both the muslims and the Democrats agree that if the majority vote for no freedom, then you get no freedom. After all, there is no higher power in their minds than government.
So, what's to stop Maryland and Dearbornistan from insituting Sharia law if they simply vote it in?
Well, there used to be Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution that defines the powers of Congress, but we tossed that out decades ago. Under current interpretations, the U.S. Congress' power is literally unlimited.
The 19th Amendment to the Constitution (Women's Suffrage) will certainly give them some trouble. They won't like that one at all. It will slow them down, but then again, the majority of women vote Democrat anyway. Perhaps they'll just have a majority vote and decide that voting shall be limited to muslims. They'll say that's not "establishing" a religion and the newly renamed AMCLU will support them.
How about the 10th Amendment?
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
Oh right. That 1864 conflict made sure that one doesn't really count any more.
Maybe the 8th Amendment might help ensure that Sharia law doesn't gain a foothold in the US
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
No, it's up to the courts (and judges appointed by Democrats and muslims) -- they can decide beheading with a dull knife is not "excessive."
How about the 5th Amendment?
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
If the Grand Jury is made up of muslims, they'll ensure Sharia laws of death are upheld. And we've already completely thrown out the last phrase in that Amendment anyway. Since we're already ignoring some parts of the Constitution, it should be pretty easy to ignore more, right?
How about the second?
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Wait, that one was erased by court decisions decades ago, wasn't it? Don't believe me? Walk armed into New York City and see how far you get.
Maybe the first amendment could help?

No, again, they'll just claim that they're NOT using religion as a basis for their laws. Or heck, they might even admit they're basing new laws on Sharia law, but they can just claim it's not an "establishment."
Do you see what's going on here? Based on current events, muslims are trying to take over the world a little at a time. Some are using violence, but some are trying with peaceful means. If they can join together in one area and have "elections," there will be nothing to stop them from forcing their will on everyone else in the area.
But you know what? There's nothing in the Constitution that actually can stop them. Go back and read that sentence again. Do you fully understand that? They can, and are, working to use the current government system in America to force you to submit to their religion.
So where did we get the idea that America should be the land of the free? For that, one has to go back to the Declaration of Independence:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
If you've never read the Declaration, or haven't recently, please do read that excerpt above again.
Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. None of those concepts exist with muslims in charge. And those are supposed to be unalienable rights. No one should be able to take those away. But the muslims will.

That's so accurate. The VAST majority of people will choose to just adapt. Why not join in Dhimmitude? It's easy to do. It's a whole lot easier than fighting. After all, if you don't join them, you might be beheaded in front of your family. Just pay a little more in taxes, you won't miss it. It's only a few dollars a week - this time.
We are currently losing this battle for America. It's going to take a huge, bold act like the one that created that Declaration to obtain freedom once again. And as happened so many years ago, it's likely only going to be obtained by violence.
