NC General Assembly blatantly racist

Can someone explain why the ACLU and other "civil rights" organizations aren't completely in an uproar here? The state government of North Carolina is being overtly and blatantly racist and no one seems to care!

The state legislature is going to give $8.9 million to anyone who wants it who meets a few criteria, including improving the health of some people of North Carolina:

The beneficiaries MUST be white people.

How is that possible? How can the state be concerned only with the health of a person based solely on the color of their skin? Where is the outrage?

Oh, and where did the money come from? From YOU, good reader. Your tax dollars are being used here -- some of this money came from the federal government and the "tobacco lawsuits."

The chairman of this commission that is giving away millions of dollars based on race is Lt. Governor Perdue, Democrat. The State secretary of Health and Human services (D) has made it her goal to "eliminate disparities in health statistics among the races." Apparently her other title is "God."

No one has apparently raised any objections to this recent government handout program. If you, too, have a "record of successful projects to improve public health," you can get piles of free cash from the North Carolina government -- but only if you're going to help white people and NOT black people. Oh, gee, I think there was a typo up there. But what difference does it make if I typed "white" instead of "black?"
