I was directed to this web site by Kender. Now, usually when Kender directs you to a web site, be careful. It's often completely and utterly insane liberals, total idiots, or guaranteed to make your drink come out your nose. Not this one.

This site is Pandora -- a site that's part of a Music Genome project. I'm not sure all the details behind it, but it's neat. You put in a song or artist that you like and the site plays music that's similar to it. As it selects music, you can tell it that it's selections are good or bad and it adjusts the music for you.

I put in Buddy Holly and am very impressed with the related music. I also tried The Who and was very impressed. I know it's similar to Napster's Radio, but this seems better to me. And yes, it's free. You can pay a fee to get no ads, but if you're a bum, you can get it all free. Go try it, it's just neat.
