No Private Business in NC

A "private" business would be one that exists independent of government. Of course, no such thing exists in America any more, because government has inserted itself into all aspects of every citizen's life, whether you want them there or not. Government has decided that no citizen shall be free to enter into contract with any other citizen without government interference. But North Carolina has taken that one step further.

The Democrat-led North Carolina General Assembly just doubled the amount of salaries in businesses that will be paid for with tax dollars. Now this isn't bloated government department salaries, but outright bribes to so-called "private" businesses. The government will now spend $30 MILLION by paying a portion of the salaries of employees for certain special or government-preferred employers.

Why? Because the Democrats in North Carolina honestly believe that the purpose of government is to create jobs -- and the only way they can pay for those jobs they create is to take money from others. It's a socialist redistribution of wealth, and the Democrats love it. Sure, those who work have to pay, but that's why they permit you to exist in the state -- to serve the state.
