I just recently found out that I'm a terrorist. I wasn't aware of this apparent "fact." I mean, I knew that the FBI considered me a terrorist. I'm not aware if I'm in their TSDB database -- because they won't tell me. National security and all those such claims. But you see, I once read
and was quite impressed with the book. Then one day I attended a FBI security briefing for technology security and was confronted with an image of the book -- strongly implying those who own or read the book were terrorists.
But now I find I'm considered a terrorist by many other government agencies! Seriously, I wonder when I shall be arrested and "Detained."
With all the references I've made to the Constitution on this very web site, I don't know how they allow me to roam free. They seriously, honestly classify me as a domestic terrorist.
Here in NC, I cannot find anything on line related to the state and homeland security. So while I'm clearly a terrorist (the FBI says so), maybe I won't be arrested by the local folks just yet. But perhaps when they get a couple more taxpayer grants, they'll come visit me and I can start planning my stay at club Gitmo for supporting the Constitution (oops, I mentioned it again).
Incredibly, none of this is in jest. These various government agencies honestly believe *I* am a "domestic terrorist." That is so sad. Indeed, this once-great country has nowhere to go but down.

I guess I must be, too. Glad to see I'm in good company.

I'm wondering if I should go turn myself in. There's an FBI office in Charlotte I could stop by...
This could be fun:
"Hi, I need to speak to an FBI agent."
"Yes sir, what is this regarding."
"I need to turn myself in, I'm a terrorist."
I wonder how fast those people would start moving. I think they'd either completely go bananas or they would just not really care.

Well, Ogre, I would turn myself in, but when I tell them I believe in property rights, most Texan law enforcement people would go "huh?", as for gun rights, the would be upset that I ONLY own 4 firearms (and one is an antique, non-working), so hey, move on over to Texas, where we love our guns and private property to shoot them on.
BTW - I haven't read Unintended Consequences, and I have NEVER seen it for sale anywhere, would you know of a copy I can buy/borrow to read?

I am 60% domestic terrorist.
I will go turn myself into our neighbor (he works for the FBI in Detroit).

I guess that I can go to Cuba and gain some weight. What a way to be tortured, being fed.
I wonder. Will the ACLU fight for my right to have a bible, a crucifix, a rosary, and to receive Communion every week?

50% terrorist, Teach? Talk about the Constitution, that's sure to get you locked up according to these agencies.
And VW, I really wish I DID read that stuff wrong -- but it's all there so you people can follow the links and see if I'm reading something that's not there!

Maybe I'm not a good terrorist, but on that Alabam one...If you believe that the US has lost its sovereignty, isn't that more of a pro-government stance? Or are we supposed to be more loyal to the UN than the US, now? I'm confused.
You should add a couple of questions to your quiz though. one about homeschooling and one about christianity. After all, two schools had terrorism drills featuring these radical and dangerous groups as perpetrators.

Excellent points -- but the government hasn't officially declared homeschoolers terrorists -- at least not on any of the official government places that I've seen...not including Germany, of course!

I'm 75% a terrorist. Well at least I know that when they haul me away I'll be in good company.

85% Terrorist.
Woohoo!
Do I get bonus points for attending a Wreath Laying by the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and watching a Civil War reenactment Saturday in Franklin?

Beth, I suspect the definition of terrorist is intentionally broad -- so that police powers can basically be used on anyone at any time. Maybe that makes me sound like a conspiracy theorist, but using their own words makes it that way. And don't forget the next line of the AL statements:
"In general, these terrorists claim that the U.S. government is infringing on their individual rights, and/or that the government's policies are criminal and immoral."
Thunder Pig, none of the government agencies I've seen mention re-enactments. But if you participate, that's quasi-military, so that's terrorist!
Thanks for stopping along!

What did you do with my

Sorry, Haloscan trackbacks have been broken for months and the WP trackbacks on the server I'm using have been broken for longer. I'm working on writing my own trackback software for people to use.
And yes, all quiz results are forwarded to numerous government agencies in triplicate!

heh. I scored 30 %. Apparantly this makes me a sheep that follows everything the (American) government says.
Unless there is something I misunderstood here I have to say this is a bunch of black/white, right-wing BS.
First of all, what kind of "eco-terrorist" supports the "right" to drive a car? Sounds hypocritical. I certainly see it as a privilege, that many can't afford and one that takes part in destroying the planet. I would rather use public transportation/walk and/or a bicycle instead of driving a car most of the time unless it's too inconvenient. Although I understand many places it's not possible to avoid driving a car, when you don't have access to a decent public transportation system (maybe this is something you should be fighting for?) or are not able-bodied.
Also, what does the word eco-terrorism imply, and why do I either have to fully support it or be completely against it? If it said eco-activism it would be easier to define what you meant, but if it involves such things as arsony then I really can't support it.
And I'm not against high taxes (up to a certain point, that is), as long as society gets a lot of benefits back from it. I come from and have lived in countries where we do pay high taxes, these countries also happen to be some of the richest, most privileged places to live in, with much more financial stability and less of a gap between the rich and poor classes than in certain super-powers like the US.
I don't support the "right" to own a gun either. I suppose if I were more of a gun-toting redneck I would be seen as less of a blindly patriotic sheep? I hope you can see how that implication really doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I really don't think everyone who are for gun-ownership are like that, just making a point to show how ridiculous that statement is. Personally I don't see the point in having a gun, and would be glad if it became illegal, to be honest.
just my 2 cents.

Thanks for stopping by -- but this isn't a "right-wing" anything. Those words on the quiz are from US Government documents. They come from US government publications that say that if you agree with those statements, you are a terrorist. It's how the US government IS currently defining "domestic terrorist" in the US right now.
