And over at Stop the ACLU, Jay gives up some news from Johnny "Injured War Veteran" Kerry. The news? Kerry thinks the Democrats should filibuster Alito (or Alyoto if your name is Kennedy). I say let that one rip -- I want to see that happen. But it's just talk for fund-raising letters, not actual ideas.
