UN Funding?
How about HCR 25 in New Hampshire:
Can we get a federal resolution to that effect, please? It's not that we're foisting our views on others, instead we're saying that if others attempt to foist THEIR views on us, then we simply won't pay for them.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 25A RESOLUTION urging the United States to withdraw funding for the United Nations if the United Nations adopts a resolution in violation of the United States Constitution.
Can we get a federal resolution to that effect, please? It's not that we're foisting our views on others, instead we're saying that if others attempt to foist THEIR views on us, then we simply won't pay for them.
Why is common sense SO absent from politics?

Franklin is always a good source of political wisdom.
We need him today. The one problem with the resolution is getting a consensus as to what would be a violation of the Constitution - or, for that matter, what is IN the Constitution!

Indeed, that would be a whole different issue. I mean, we could just use the Constitution we have and judge what's written there, but there's about 40% of the country that doesn't like that.
