Winston Churchill Says

Some see private enterprise as a predatory target to be shot, others as a cow to be milked, but few are those who see it as a sturdy horse pulling the wagon.

That would be 99% of elected representatives in Congress for the first two.
We contend that for a nation to tax itself into prosperity is like a man standing in a bucket and trying to lift himself up by the handle.

But Congress sees taxes as helping the man by taking the water out of the bucket.
You have enemies? Good. That means youÂ’ve stood up for something, sometime in your life.

Very few politicians have enemies.
The inherent vice of capitalism is the unequal sharing of blessings; the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal sharing of miseries.

And the left, especially, is more interested in the latter.
